From 2007 to the present, John has been responsible for the overall operations of The Phoenix, a 600,000 square foot mixed-use facility. Responsibilities include facility management, construction, marketing, leasing/ sales of 267 condominiums, two restaurants, commercial tenants on four levels, Salon & Spa and valet parking operations. President of the Master Condominium Board and also presided over the Residential and Commercial Condominium Boards. Condominium dues have not been increased in five years at The Phoenix, strong payroll and expense control contribute to the success as well as a strategic and successful yearly RFP process. Revenue generating is also a strategic initiative to offset expenses.
